1. Never, never pur ASPNET account to the administrators group
2. Check, that you installed and enabled ASP.NET extension in WS2k3 (by
default is dissabled and not installed)
3. Check, that ASPNET account has at least read permission to asp.net files
4. run aspnet_regiis -i from %systemroot%\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.....
(to reregister as.net files)
