I am trying to instantiate the excel object. I have
checked the permissions on the object and all seems ok,
but i still get the annoying access denied error messsage.

When i say i have given the ASP account all permissions
possible, its as i say, it has all permissions available
on the machine, as the machine is only a test machine
there are no problems with that. I have systematically
added and then removed the "added" priveleges. All of
which have had no effect.

I also keep getting the error saying that the version of
ASP.NEt cannot be determined and then i get access issues
with IIS even though i can be using the new ASP.Net
project one minute, and then when i close down and restart
i cannot get access.

I have the Access Denied issue on an XP drive and now a
Win2K drive as well. XP and Office XP, Win2K and Office97.

Impersonation doesn't work either.
