It's not exactly as easy as what you are looking for, but close.
Otherwise, I think you would need an isapi filter.

Is it possible to secure an entire folder using ASP.NET, or will anonymous
users still have access to all other file types then *.aspx?
I know this is a problem that should be addressed at the OS level, but
still.....I'd like to have a simple way of protecting a folder under my site
without having to set NTFS permissions....even if it contains *.htm, or *.gi
    files orwhatnot

    Any thoughts?

    Regards,
    Roger
