Check permission settings on Temporary ASP.NET files folder. ASPNET account
should have full access to that folder. You can allso issue aspner_regiis -i
to reregister and reset permission on that folder. Run that coomand in
C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\ folder
