Role based security with Windows Authentication

Hi,

I have implemented roles on a server which hosts the website (local
groups). These roles include domain users. Website is running fine
with all security settings.

How do I deploy all the roles I have created to the other machine. Say
I want to deploy the site to the other server, how to I migrate/deploy
the roles?

I appreciate any help, viewes....
