Allowing ASPNET user to write to Event Log

You need to give rights to the ASPNET user to create new
evenlogs. Change the permissions on the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventL
og Key using the REGEDT32 utility. Select the Key and
then click on Security, Permissions and add the ASPNET user
