If a person make a certificate by using makecert.exe or
some other
tools.And then ,he send the certificate to me ,saying
that it is the
right certificate issued ba a trust CA,and I also have
the CA in my
trust CA List.Then ,how can if verify that the
certificate he send is
not a certificate issued by the CA.Can I do this in C#?
