Check "Building Secure ASP.NET Applications: Authentication, Authorization,
and Secure Communication" (http://tinyurl.com/2ak1). Section "How To: Use
Forms Authentication with SQL Server 2000" (under "How To") shows how to use
password hashed with forms authentication.
