Can not access AD when calling Web App on other machine.

Hi,

I'm having a strange problem.
I'm developing a web app.
One of the features of this web app is to list all the
groups in the AD. When I run the Web in the same computer
that I'm developing i can access the AD, however if i
access the Web that is in my PC from other, i can not
connect to AD. (The user is the same).

So, resuming the situations are:
USER in same machine than WEB --- OK
USER in other machine than WEB --- NOK :((

What's happening ?
