Authentication

I made a time*** using windows authentication.
Every User who logs in, should only be able to see his
data. Example:
Mr Q. logs into the application with his Domain Username.
He starts a query to show him his times, something like
SELECT * from ttime*** WHERE user_id = @id

How can i set @id to his id?
