Help on validating SQL logins using form authentication

Hi,

I am a ASP.NET newbie. I am trying to create a page that can
authenticate SQL logins using form authentication. Is this possible? I
know how to do it with a user table that holds both the logins and
passwords, but I am unsure what method to use if these are standard
SQL logins I want to validate. Any help in this matter would be
greatly appreciated.
