How To config. Active Directory with .Net Framework

Hello Everyone,
    I have a problem with my web server. I have added my
first .net app on my server (Win2k / SP3 / .Net Framework
Distributor). Before installing active directory, I got
my app to work in IIS. I installed Active Directory and I
got this error at
http://www.dm2000.com/sample/webform1.aspx ....

Can someone help me in configuring Active Directory so
that my app works?
