Larry,
It is how we have always done it with Client/Server applications and
the management has given us a specification with this as a
requirement. We do not want to use impersonation we just want to allow
users to log onto our asp.net suite of applications using their own
username and password which has to authenticate & logon to Active
Directory (but we want to use a web form - and not the gray popup
box).
If you or anyone else can help me I would greatly appreciate it.
Oh yeah I forgot, we are running it on Windows 2000 Server. I have
heard that you can do it with the new .NET Server, but we do not want
to touch that OS yet as it is brand new technology and is bound to
have teathing problems.
