Hi Folks,
can any one enlighten on the below scenario.
i am stuck at a point, this is related to windows
authentication and iis security.

scenario.

We have a server(IIS) in which there are multiple
applications, suppose i have a virtual directory
called "SecurityApp" and i am writing an application
(security application) using windows authentication, in
which there are couple of pages, it works fine asfar as
windows security under this application's pages, it also
works fine if i place a folder(test4) in securityapp
folder and put an sample.aspx file with time function in
it, it goes through the windows authentication check of
the security application. till this it works fine

the problem is if i have couple of virtual directories
under securityapp virutal directory and if i want to run
those through the securtyapp, it does not go through
(check) windows authentication.

bottom line is i want to secure all the applications using
a securityapp in main virtual directory.

is this situation possible? if so, can anyone guide me or
give me an idea how to workaround this approach.

Thanx
Krishna
