Fail to call third party API functions

Hi'

I am calling third party API functions into my ASP.net
Pages, when i call this functions i am getting error
failed to allocate resources.

do i need to set any of the ASP.net Security settings to
call third party API functions?

if i call the same function in to .net windows
applications it is working fine.

pls help me in this.
