"Unable to start debugging on the web server"

Hello everybody:
When compiling a small ASP.NET Program I get the above
mentioned msg.
The error msg said that my user name is not in the
Debugger Users group. It is, and besides that, I have
administrator rights. I checked everything what an article
in MSDN suggested. Everything OK. I use a W2000 Pro system
within a small peer-to-peer network. When I log off from
my UserName and logon to "Administrator" everything works
fine. So I can live with that but it still is a bit
embarrassing. Any idea what little thing I could have
overseen? Thanks a lot.
