I have VS.Net on one box running XP Pro, I am trying to
create a new Web Project on another box (running W2K
server) where my IIS resides. I receive the
error "Unable to create Web
project "Path\Projectname...The UNC Share does not exist
or you do not have access"

I have tried creating a virtual directory in IIS and
setting the permissions for the directory but I continue
to get the same error. I am able to create a project on
my local machine (XP Pro box) with no problems, but I can
not create one on my server.

Any help is appreciated!
