I am running a server that is standalone on a home
network. I cannot get ASP.NET to run as the ASPNET
account does not have access to:

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\Temporary
ASP.NET Files

I cannot find the ASPNET user on the machine. I tried
giving MACHINENAME\ASPNET access to this directory, but
the user is not found.
