Hi Mark,

It should be ok to assign the "Act as part of the operation system local
policy to a domain account. It must be another issue that caused the
failure to assign the policy to a domain account.

Please check whether or not the domain is available for the Server "A", and
log onto the server "A" as an account with more powerful rights.
