Couldn't get process information from remote machine

Does anyone know why I get this message? I'm trying to access the
Process.GetProcesses() function from within an asp.net (using vb.net)
page. I have no problem accessing it from my windows form using
vb.net. It must have to do with permissions. I tried changing my
website permissions to login as administrator. Still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.
