Hi Aric,
Go to the groups in your machine. There will be a group called "Debugger
Users" . Add your self as a memeber of that group. Then go to IIS and go to
the your web folder, right click and go to properties... there in the
security tab, see to it that the application has both anonymous and
integrated security boxes checked... If you have basic authentication
enabled, please disable that.
