Hi Steve,

Usually, it's permissions. But without more information, it's nearly
impossible to say what's going on. Eg. is the assembly even loaded? or
does it fail when you try to read files? (in which case, the assembly was
loaded OK, but for example, didn't have permissions to read a file.. or the
file wasn't even found).

PS. I also want to make sure we're handling the "current" directory
properly -- by default, it's winnt\system32 for asp.net.. not the
application's directory.
