aspnet_wp.exe causing errors??

Actually, I get this message too which is why I subjected
this posting the way I did:

aspnet_wp.exe could not be launched because the username
and/or password supplied in the processModel section of
the config file are invalid.

I have edited the machine.config file in the .NET
directory and restarted IIS. I'm out of ideas.
