You need to install a server certificate on your server. You can get one
from any cert authority (VeriSign, Thawte, etc), but this will probably cost
money. You can set up your server as a certificate authority (CA) and issue
yourself a cert. You company may already have a cert you can use, or may
have set up an internal CA that will issue a cert to you.
Once you install the server cert on your server the buttons will be active.
