<form action=https ... in ASP.NET

Hi- Do we still need to use <form
action="https://www.mysite.com/login.aspx"> for SSL in our 'login.aspx'
page? A failed login should post back to the same page.. I'm trying to learn
how ASP.NET will specify httpS, when it does its thing, or maybe it can't
...
