ASP.NET stops working after installing q322289

Same issue here. I was working on an ASP.NET project
without problems. Then I noticed a critical update,
installed the critical update, and then went back to work
on the project, but my *.aspx files aren't working. IIS
still serves up classic ASP, HTML, Images, etc. I tried
re-installing the framework, but that did not solve the
issue.
