Which Solaris Security Training is better of the two?

Hi,

Which one of the following training courses is better if you can only
take one?

SC-301-S10

Or
SC-300
http://www.sun.com/training/catalog/courses/SC-300.xml

I took SC-345 earlier this year, it's a great course. I really want to
take SC-300 to fill up OS level security/intrusion gaps. However, SC300
seems to target Solaris 9 and general secuirty while 301 is
sepecifically designed for Solaris 10.
