The simplest way is to set up sendmail in your home linux system, have
it registered ( in order to be address from your mailserver) , and forward
all mail to your linux host for local processing.

This might be simple or it might be complicated, depending on things like
"using static-ip", "NAT or no NAT" etc.

The end result is thar you can use any mailtool you like on your Linux,
or use imap to interface a wintendo-box.
