    As explained by others PCI is now used in all modern SUN machines, and
    PC,IBM.HP,SGI and MAC but important is that having a PCI card is not
    good enough you also need the SW-driver(OS software interconnect) to
    make use of a "standard" PCI board, so not all the PCI boards will work
    in a SUN!
