Generic/SMB/HTTP tar pits

Hello.

I'm looking for a generic tar pit/IDS application that will sit on given
ports and slow incoming connections. I only have a single IP to use so
La Brea doesn't seem to be suitable.
I'd like to catch SMB (TCP and UDP?) and HTTP initially but ideally be
able to configure for other protocols as well.

Can anyone suggest anything?
