The current release of Tiger is 3.1. I had to do a fair amount of work to
get it ported to my platform, but eventually got the compatibility issues
ironed out. It is free software, so the developers are probably dependent
on users to do some of the field testing. I'm sure they will appreciate
your constructive feedback.
