NAT - Network Address Translation

Quick question about NAT....

Suppose I have a small network and all the internal hosts connected to
it have local IP Addresses, so the Router is running NAT, is it still
possible to run say a web server on one of the machines on the local
network?

Do you just have to specify in the Router table the local Address that
the packets should be forwarded to?
