I think that you have missed the joke. The default installation
of MS-DOS doesn't HAVE any networking support! Now, there might
be a few device cards that cause security problems even if they
are not used and the system has no drivers for them, but that is
another matter.
Any system is secure if it is never connected to anything (such
as the power) :-)
