Help with login id

Hi guys

can any one please give me simple ideas on this issue I am faced with.

I have a user login id, called "oracle8" this id many people use within
the company. I want to create user id's for each and every user of this
"oracle8" id, and try to force them to login with there own id's and
then "su" to oracle8 user.

How can this be done easily, with no additional software on HP-UX os.
