ICICS'02 (4th International Conference on Information and Communications
Security) will be hosted by Labs for Information Technology, Singapore on
9-12 December, 2002.

Original papers on all aspects of information and communications security
are solicited for submission. The proceedings of ICICS'02 will be published
in Springer-Verlag's Lecture Notes in Computer Science series.
