    Your provider probably disabled anonymous ftp for security reasons. Most
    of not all ftp servers have configuration files that allow you to specify
    which directories will be used for anonymous ftp. It is not a simple
    matter of creating a ftp hyperlink. Why don't you just use http as the
    file transfer mechanism and bypass ftp altogether.
