Has anyone used this modified version of the passwd command?
from: http://www.mycert.mimos.my/resource/cracker.htm
"Passwd+ is a proactive password checker which replaces the system
passwd command. It enforces the selection of passwords that are not
easily compromised by programs like Crack.

is this really from the CERT people?

i am using RH 7.1 on this particular server.
and TIA to anyone replying
