Sounds like a bug in getnameinfo() on your OS - as far as I can see,
given the way sshd calls it in that case, it should never fail - in
particular, it shouldn't even look for an /etc/services entry.
Getting IPs added to log entry ... As you are all aware there are bots scanning servers for sshd service... and trying combinations of username/password to gain entry....User root not allowed because not listed in AllowUsers ... (comp.security.ssh)
