Putty + SSH -R + (svn client ou oracle client) -> connexion closed

Hi,
I have an another prob.
I installed a SSH server on A.
I have putty on B with 2 configured remote ports in putty. (I can see
that the 2 ports are open on A.)
Svn server is on C.
Oracle server is on D.
For putty i use the gui to do :
-R 1521:D:1521
-R 3690:C:3690
On A, i have a svn and oracle client but they don't work when
connecting to "localhost" : i receive message like "connection closed
unexpectedly".
Is it normal ?
Have I to change an option ?
