Hmm. Do other file transfer protocols block this way? Rsync, FTP,
HTTP, or HTTPS? If you only need file transfer and not actual shell
access, why not use HTTPS and HTTPS/WebDAV for upload? (Yes, I'm a
broken record about this!)
