Key exchange in OpenSSL

Is it possible, using OpenSSH, to specify a list of preferred key
exchange algorithms, different than the default list, at the client's
side?

I notice that the OpenSSH client does allow to select lists of
preferred bulk ciphers and HMACs, but I have so far been unable to find
anything similar for key exchange algorithms.
