Separate log file for sshd

Hi everybody
I would like to know how is possible to have a separate log file, ie
/var/log/sshd for the ssh deamon. Which settings should I write on the
ssh_config file?

PS: as I am an openssh newbie I would like to know a good guide with
examples and case study. The documentation found on openssh.org is not
enough for me.
