Creation of .ssh directory

Hello!
How is possible to prevent creation of .ssh directory?
Is it possible on Linux to redirect creation of .ssh file to some other
location than $HOME?
I would like to mount $HOME directory with help of sshfs but sshfs
always creates an empty .ssh directory.
