Key Managment

I am looking for a ssh key management tool. The only one I found is the
Tectia Server, which is more a management tool for the ssh themselve. Are
I have also found a small java Tool, but it is not very useful. Are there
other tools for Key Managment, e.g. allow Key from a database/LDAP for
roto Access or restrict Keys for certain times/dates managed centralized?
