Not realy... As said, I don't know Tectia. But this is the time where I
usualy would fire up my packet sniffer and see what's going on ...
I'd first check for any network traffic related to this connection
request (maybe the server is still doing some DNS-lookups...).
If you don't see find any network traffic, I'd use a process-debugger
(such as strace. Which platform are you using ?) and see what's
happening right before the break...
I know, this is debugging work. But I have no other idea, sorry.
