OpenSSH: Setting config file location via env. variable?

Is there some way to set the location of the SSH configuration file via an
enviroment variable. I already browsed the man pages but didn't find such
a feature.
"ssh -V": OpenSSH_3.9p1, OpenSSL 0.9.7d 17 Mar 2004
