ssh without using sudo??

I once had a ssh connection defined in /etc/ssh/ssh_config that had a name
"internet" where I could just type:
"ssh internet"
in a xterm. But to make it work I had to change something in /etc/sudoers
but I cannot remember what. Can someone help?
