Obtaining client options via cmdline

I've got SSH v3.2.9 on Windows, connecting to SSH on AIX.
In the AIX terminal, I'd like to get the value of client user's option
"Tunnel X11 Connections"...
Is there an SSH2 command to get client configuration options?
