openssh: authenticate with BOTH password AND rsa key

    There was a thread from 2001

    that it doesn't jet implemented in OpenSSH, but the option was
    AuthOrder2 - which I couldnt find on the Man-Page of sshd_config(5). Is
    there probably any new option or smth. like that?
