Re: X11 forwarding over non X11 hop

Hello,
i was not able to find the problem, so i decided to install the new
OpenSSH 4.2p1 server listening on port 8022. When i now check the putty
log, the X11 forwarding is enabled. How ever the connection is very
very slow (the response time is 30-40 seconds. Do you have any idea
why? Can i somehow setup alocated bandwidth?
This is very confusing, because, when i connect to the gateway, with
port-forwarding to rdesktop machine (this is another server behind the
gateway), i open the remote desktop connection, and with-in this, i
open x-win32 to the X11remote host, the response time is very good (0,5
seconds).
Do you have any suggestions?
